Wittgenstein said, "Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent". She feels compelled to speak but at the same time to be silent, so I will speak on her behalf, although I pronounce Wittgenstein incorrectly. Wasn't Wittgenstein a little bit crazy? I wonder if you have to be to think about thinking so much. I got the quote from Wikipedia anyway so it's most likely wrong.

But I'm digressing, I should tell you a bit about our heroine.

Sometimes she finds it easier to talk to machines, even if its just a pretext to talk to people.

Sometimes she gets really dizzy for no reason.

Sometimes she likes to pretend that she doesn't have a body.

She finds reading the newspaper upsetting particularly because lives are not of equal value, some have a face others are just part of a number.

She likes to eat cantaloupe.

She's not sure how she feels about being in front of you. You can talk amongst yourselves if you like, maybe that will take the pressure off. Don't laugh though. If you laugh she will be sure you are laughing at her. She does like making people laugh though, so maybe laughing is okay.
